| Binary Spectrum has the capability to assist a Client in setting up an EDC , by virtue of its previous experiences in setting up EDC's for clients. Binary Spectrum has successfully setup these centers, by providing the resources and the infrastructure to the client's team. |

| An EDC engages in Application development, testing and validation services, enhancements to the Client products, Maintenance and support activities etc, as per the requirements of the Client. |
