The Solution:
Binary Spectrum designed a portal for the client. This portal provides an easy access to the client’s profile in detail. As a medium for providers / hospitals, this serves as a user friendly interactive system where they can log in and perform the following functions:
- Check and / or request member eligibility details
- Check claim status
- Provide Authorization (manual approval by the HMO) and Referrals (auto approval)
- Provide news updates (e.g. change in lab vendor, updates of HMO’s related information, etc.)
- Present alerts
- Manage own set of users and provide them with respective access rights
As a medium for employees, they can login to manage site control, approve providers or hospitals, revise or modify any data, etc.
The Result:
The HMO is able to showcase its entire data and records to its customers from a single application. This fruitfully provides an easy access for interaction by assigning a login id to the registered providers and hospitals.
